The fitness center at Carrick Bend has recently been updated with new gym equipment for residents to enjoy.

Leasing & Application

The process includes submitting an online application, completing screening, and finalizing lease documents once approved.
Applicants must meet a gross monthly income requirement of 2.5 times the base rent, either individually or combined.
Carrick Bend offers lease terms ranging from 1 to 16 months, providing flexibility for different living situations. Based on availability and subject to change.
Applicants can expect a streamlined process including online application submission, screening, and communication with the leasing team throughout approval.
Applicants who are denied will receive an email explaining the reason for the decision.

Pet Policy

Carrick Bend is pet-friendly, allowing dogs and cats with a maximum of two pets per household and required pet screening.

Yes, the community is pet-friendly with restrictions and fees. There is no weight limit. The following breeds are generally prohibited:

  • American Staffordshire Terrier/Bull Terrier (aka Pit Bull)
  • Presa Canario
  • Chow Chow
  • Doberman Pinscher
  • German Shepherd
  • Great Dane
  • All Husky & Malamute breeds
  • Rottweiler
  • Wolf/Restricted breed mix

Service animals are generally exempt regardless of breed. Management must approve all animals. Lease holders and applicable occupants are required to complete a Pet Screening Profile. See our pet friendly page for more details.

Resident Services

Rent payments are made through the resident portal via the BILT payment system.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month.
Residents use the online resident portal to manage payments, leases, and service requests.
Parking details and updates can be managed through the ParkM online portal using a personal account.
Utilities are billed monthly, and residents can view accurate charges through their BILT account.
Residents may enroll in optional programs like RentPlus for credit building and identity protection.
Residents can begin moving in as soon as they receive their keys from the leasing office.
